# Account settings

> Update your personal information, display language, and password.

Open **Settings**, then select **Account settings**. These settings belong to your personal Mutfaaq account, not to a specific venue.

## Account information

You can update:

* your **Full name**;
* your **Language**.

The selected language is used for the Mutfaaq interface and the emails sent to your account.

After making a change, select **Save changes**.

  Changing your account language does not change the source language or translations of your menus.

## Change your password

<Steps>
  <Step title="Enter your current password">
    Enter the password you currently use to sign in.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a new password">
    Enter the new password, then enter it again under **Confirm new password**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the change">
    Select **Change password**.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  Changing your password signs you out of every active Mutfaaq session, including the session you are currently using. Sign in again with the new password on each device.
