# Subscription & billing

> Manage the plan, payment method, and invoices for a venue.

Open **Settings**, then select **Billing**. Only the Owner can access billing settings.

Billing is managed separately for each venue. Check that the correct venue is selected before changing its subscription.

## View the current subscription

The page shows:

* the selected venue;
* the current plan and billing period;
* the subscription status;
* the trial end date or remaining trial days, when applicable;
* any scheduled plan change or cancellation.

## Start a subscription

    Select one of the options currently available for the venue.

    Select **Subscribe now** or **Add payment method**, depending on the subscription status.

    Enter the requested billing and payment information in the secure checkout.

## Change the plan

Choose a different option under **Plan and billing period**, then select **Change subscription**.

* changes made during the trial apply immediately without changing the trial end date;
* upgrades within the same billing period apply after payment;
* other changes apply at the end of the current billing period.

If a change is scheduled, the page shows its date and the future plan. Select **Keep current plan** to cancel that scheduled change.

## Payment method and invoices

Select **Payment and invoices** to open the billing portal. From there, you can manage the payment method, review invoices, and manage the subscription options provided by the portal.

If a payment fails, select **Resolve payment** and update the payment method before the displayed deadline. Access to the venue may be suspended after the grace period.

## Scheduled cancellation

When a cancellation is scheduled, Mutfaaq displays the date on which the subscription will end. The venue remains accessible until that date.

Select **Keep subscription** before the end date if you want to resume renewal.
