Mutfaaq currently provides two levels of access for venue teams: Owner and Manager.

Owner

The Owner is responsible for the venue and has full access to its administration. An Owner can:
  • create and manage venues;
  • manage menus, products, availability, promotions, tables, and QR codes;
  • update venue information and branding;
  • invite or remove Managers;
  • manage subscriptions and billing;
  • delete a venue;
  • import or link menus between venues they own.
Each venue has exactly one Owner. An Owner can own several venues.

Manager

A Manager is invited by an Owner to help operate a specific venue. A Manager can:
  • manage menus, categories, products, options, availability, and promotions;
  • update venue information and branding;
  • create and manage tables and QR codes;
  • view the venue team;
  • leave the venue when they no longer need access.
A Manager cannot manage billing, invite Managers, delete the venue, transfer its ownership, or create venues as an Owner.
